Among them, Liyang City has received nearly 600 quarantined observers. According to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, all the wastewater at the isolation point needs to be disinfected before being treated in a pipe. Starting from August 8, Liyang City will install disinfection equipment in all isolation points in accordance with the requirements. In the case that Liyang cannot guarantee the normal supply of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant, the Liyang City Ecological Environment Bureau urgently contacted our company and the chlor-alkali sales department, hoping to transport and deliver the disinfectant to the isolation point in Liyang.
August was the peak season for sodium hypochlorite sales. Under the situation of tight supply, the company’s leadership learned that Liyang City needed sodium hypochlorite for the needs of epidemic prevention and control, and decided to waive all expenses to support Liyang free of charge. The chlor-alkali sales department coordinated the company’s marketing department and office, communicated with the chlor-alkali factory to organize the supply of goods, and arranged for vehicles to enter and exit. According to the actual needs of Liyang City, 14 tons of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant were delivered to each isolation point in four batches. During the period, due to the scattered epidemic prevention sites and the narrow surroundings of the unloading site, the carts could not get in and out. The sales department communicated with the logistics department to urgently transfer the carts from the Xindong base to Jintan to undertake the transportation work. The delivery task of sodium hypochlorite was successfully completed, which was highly appraised by the Liyang City Ecological Environment Bureau.
